Built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, the platform helps Peloton move from isolated AI pilots toward deploying AI agents in production
BOSTON, MA, UNITED STATES, October 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Peloton Consulting Group, a leading global professional services firm specializing in AI-enabled digital transformation, today announced the launch of an agentic delivery platform built by Peloton on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The platform marks a milestone in Peloton’s AI delivery, providing infrastructure and operational tools designed to support AI agents in production. This infrastructure now powers Peloton’s growing suite of AI-enabled delivery tools and is designed to support AI implementation across client engagements.
A Platform Built for Enterprise-Scale Production: As organizations advance their AI strategies, customers increasingly ask Peloton to help move beyond concept and pilot phases into full production at scale. This requires infrastructure that supports reliable operations and enables continuous delivery of new capabilities. To keep AI workloads available and protect client data, Peloton built the platform on OCI, using highly available compute and automatic failover to support continuity, along with security capabilities to support monitoring and control data access. In addition, Oracle AI Database provides AI-ready data and AI Vector Search for agentic retrieval.
The platform currently powers multiple applications across Peloton’s practice, including the Process Journey platform for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications discovery and ConvertIQ, Peloton’s AI-driven data validation tool. AI and Data and Security Foundation: Powered by Oracle AI Database, the platform combines native AI Vector Search with enterprise-grade data security to enable intelligent, context-aware retrieval grounded in trusted enterprise knowledge.
OCI Secret Management helps Peloton securely store and manage credentials and other secrets, while OCI Logging and OCI Monitoring provide centralized access to logs, performance metrics, and alerts across its platform. These capabilities, together with Oracle AI Database Deep Data Security, support Peloton’s security management and operational processes.
Resilient, Multi-Model AI Routing: Peloton’s platform includes an AI routing layer that directs requests across multiple models, with automatic failover designed to help maintain service continuity as AI technologies evolve.
The platform also integrates with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, helping Peloton connect AI-enabled workflows with supported identity collaboration and productivity environments.
“Anyone can call an API and demo an AI agent. Running agentic AI in production requires additional engineering and operational considerations with the availability, security, and observability our clients expect from any enterprise system,” said Dave Harter, Chief Technology Officer at Peloton Consulting Group. “Building our platform on OCI was a deliberate choice to support those operational objectives before we ask our clients to trust AI with their most important processes.”
A Foundation for What’s Next
Rather than building for a single use case, Peloton designed the platform to scale with evolving AI delivery needs. Enterprise value comes across several dimensions:
-Enterprise-Grade Resilience: High-availability architecture with automatic failover is designed to help support the continued availability of AI delivery tools.
-AI-Ready Data: Oracle AI Database’s vector capabilities support retrieval-augmented generation.
-Security and Operational Controls by Design: OCI Secret Management, OCI Logging, and OCI Monitoring services support centralized secrets management, logging, and monitoring. In addition, Oracle AI Database Deep Data Security enforces access controls for users and agents on their behalf.
-Model Flexibility: Multi-model AI routing provides flexibility in model selection and can help Peloton adapt as the AI landscape evolves.
-Enterprise Integration: Supported integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory helps connect AI-enabled workflows with existing environments.
“We validate our architecture and capabilities through our own delivery operations before recommending them to customers,” said Matthew Conner, Chief Customer Officer at Peloton Consulting Group. “This means customers can benefit from our experience deploying and refining solutions through real-world use. We don’t recommend approaches we haven’t tested ourselves. This validation standard ensures the strategies, tools, and implementations we bring to client engagements are based on proven, practical experience and testing.”
