Delta Dental of Idaho has completed installation of new water bottle filling stations at 12 Idaho schools through its 2026 school grant program, expanding access to convenient drinking water for approximately 4,000 students and staff across the state.
The new filling stations provide students and school staff with an easy, convenient way to refill reusable water bottles throughout the school day. By making water more accessible, the program supports healthy hydration habits while also encouraging students to choose water instead of sugar-sweetened beverages.
“Healthy habits start early, and schools are an important place to help children develop habits that can benefit them for a lifetime,” said Heather Brown, Senior Director of Oral Health and Community Outreach at Delta Dental of Idaho. “We’re excited to see these filling stations installed and serving students and staff in communities across Idaho. This is a simple investment that can make a meaningful difference in creating healthier school environments.”
The 2026 recipient schools include:
- Aberdeen Middle School — Aberdeen, Idaho
- Ashton Elementary — Ashton, Idaho
- Bliss Elementary — Bliss, Idaho
- Camas County School District — Fairfield, Idaho
- Fernan STEM Academy — Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
- Heritage Academy — Jerome, Idaho
- Heritage Community Charter School — Caldwell, Idaho
- Horizon Elementary School — Jerome, Idaho
- Lakeside Elementary School — Plummer, Idaho
- Paul Elementary School — Paul, Idaho
- Ririe Jr. and Sr. High — Ririe, Idaho
