After an order is placed and paid for, the system automatically retrieves and heats the selected meal, with pickup available in approximately 60 seconds, depending on the configured heating program.

Six dedicated order staging and pickup compartments allow completed orders to be held separately for collection. This design can help operators process multiple onsite or remotely placed orders during busy meal periods, reduce congestion around a single pickup point and provide customers with a more orderly collection experience.

The machine is equipped with a 49-inch digital display and supports multiple operating systems and payment methods, including card, QR-code and mobile payments.
